Trainer: Asma Al Tajer
 Known for being an active
member of student activities
and community work in Zayed
University where Asma
Mohammed Al Tajer studied
her Bachelor’s Degree in
Family Sciences that
emphasized on leadership
skills and social and
community development.
The University also gave her the
opportunity to practice her
leadership skills through being in
leadership position in her college
club, and qualifying to be part of
the Athena Leadership Community.
Asma Started her career being part
of the Educational research team in
Zayed University studying the
patters of government educational
structure to further develop
education practices in United Arab
Emirates for few years.
At the same time, she was selected
to be president of the Alumnae
Association, where she worked with a
team to plan activities and events
for the graduates, to enhance their
professional skills and to
contribute to their community.
Asma then took on a trainer position
in Jumeirah Group in 2005, where she
was involved in training colleagues
on different issues ranging from
hospitality skills, communication
skills and cross culture skills.
In 2006, Asma got certified to be a
tourist guide from the Department of
Tourism and Commerce Marketing
allowing her to broaden her chosen
career as a Tourist Guide and
Cultural Awareness Trainer.
Recently, she is involved in Tourist
Guiding and Cross Cultural Training
in different aspects of Hospitality.
